Welcome back to more autumn goodness friends, this time with a tasty, warm fall drink you just have to try. This recipe is from The Recipe Critic (thank you, Pinterest), which I tweaked slightly to my preference (aka as sweet as humanly possible). This is pretty much the greatest thing ever on a cold fall day, because it's rich (so much for calorie counting!) and tastes just like pumpkin pie in a cup... mmmmm. So get out those saucepans friends, and let's get sinful!

Warning: This sucker is all kinds of sweet, so if that's not your jam, proceed with caution (by refering to the original recipe)... also, what's wrong with you?


— 1.5 cups whole milk
— 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
— 1 teaspoon cinnamon
— dash of cloves
— dash of nutmeg
— 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
— 4 ounces white chocolate
— 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
{ Serves two }
Heat the milk, pumpkin puree, spices, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan on medium heat. Once everything is jiving nicely together (don't let it come to a boil though), add your chunks of white chocolate and stir until everything is nice and melted — that's it. If you want to be extra decadent (go on with your bad self), add a dollop of whipped cream and go to town on that hot chocolate, or simply garnish with a little sprinkle of cinnamon. Either way, it's seriously delicious. xx
