When you live in a winter city, it's almost as though you remember exactly what you were doing the day the snow finally melts for the season... just as you do when a major disaster or some seminal moment in history occurs, so too does it happen with the snow. I, for instance, was home downing my third cup of coffee with J.Cole blaring in the background when I finally opened my blinds and saw the wonders that awaited me— bare cement and brown grass. And after so many months of powdery hell, believe me when I tell you what a truly beautiful sight that was.
Not prepared for such an event, I grabbed last season's trusty bomber (which would have barely qualified as a sweater months prior) and hit the town, pasty white legs and all. In fact, when Lyndsey was snapping these very photos, she had a hard time eliminating the glare coming from my transparent legs against these white kicks... no matter. It was all worth the blinding effort to greet the changing season. But worry not— self-tanner has since been purchased. xx
