February Favourites

February has been a month of beauty indulgences, to say the least. My hair has been pampered with Living Proof, lipsticks have been purchased at record speeds, and just two days ago, I completely abandoned my trusty foundation in favour of a new BB cream... naughty naughty. Here's a peek at what I've been loving all month long, with what's sure to be more peeks into my newer beauty indulgences in the weeks to come.

Two things in particular have changed the look of my skin this month, and that's the Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip cleanser and the Bobbi Brown Full Coverage Face brush. The first packs French green clay, Vitamin C Ester and a heap of essential oils to give skin a bright, taught appearance that I can't get enough of, while the second beautifully applies foundation for a natural, professional finish. It's a dream-team situation.

With spring somewhere in the horizon, I've also been switching up my deep reds for brighter, pink or orange-based reds where lips and nails are concerned. Two favourites in this department have been Essie's "e-nuf is e-nuf" and NARS' Audacious lipstick in "Grace." Hot damn, these are gorgeous shades! They work really well with my skin tone, and the formula (and packaging!) of the NARS lipstick in particular is pretty darn amazing. If you haven't tried out that range yet, I would definitely recommend it.

Finally, my eyes have been relying on Make Up For Ever's Graphic Liner all month long for added definition — let's face it, I don't think I could live without liquid eye liner, and this one has been a favourite. It's super easy to apply and it lasts all day long, giving it an A+ in my books. xx
