I was scanning Instagram over the Christmas break (shocking!), where I spotted an amazing two-finger pearl ring that some cute girl was wearing. Although I quickly forgot who or even where the ring was from, the mental note to recreate the look in DIY form stayed with me... in fact, I reminded myself of that ring every day that I was away until I finally returned to my trusty craft supplies. The best part? The base... That's right friends, this ring was made from a popsicle stick! #fancy

SUPPLIES: MINI POPSICLE STICK | E-6000 GLUE | METALLIC SPRAY PAINT | FLAT-BACKED PEARL BEADS | RING BASE
TIME: 20 MINUTES (1 HOUR+ DRY TIME) | DIFFICULTY RATING: EASY
Start by spraying a small popsicle stick (available at most craft stores) with metallic paint. I used silver, but gold or even rose gold would look amazing! When that's all nice and dry, start adhering some flat-backed pearl beads (I found mine at the dollar store, but I know Michaels carries them as well) across the stick, pressing firmly to secure the beads in place.
When that's all done, give the pearls about half an hour to dry, then use your glue to secure a ring base to the back of the popsicle stick. Press firmly and let it dry for at least half an hour more, and you're done! Talk about getting the look for less.
Thanks for reading lovelies, and as always, if you try out this or any other project at home, I would love to see! Happy crafting... xx
