September Favourites

Well friends, it's that time again — who's ready for another round of favourites? This month it's all about skin and body care it seems, with a nail polish revelation (no exaggeration) thrown in for good measure. So without further ado, here's the 411 on the products I've been loving throughout September!

SEPHORA POMEGRANATE MASK: I'll be real with you —I actually love all the sheet masks that Sephora offers, but this one was singled out for photos based on the colour scheme alone. Not that its any less fab than it's sheet-mask counterparts (although honourable mention to the rose mask for really helping my skin out on a particularly blah day), but hey, I thought you should know. Regardless, I love these masks for the quick skin-woe fixes they provide, plus they're inexpensive and super fun to wear — perfect for creeping out unsuspecting fiances or pets.

BLISS FABULOUS EVERYDAY EYE CREAM: This one's an old favourite that I recently rediscovered, and I love it for the quick burst of hydration it offers my tired eyes in the morning. If I've been naughty on the water-intake front that week, this stuff helps sort all that out, making dehydration lines a thing of the past — magic.

FAB ULTRA REPAIR CREAM: You can use this stuff pretty much anywhere, but I've been slathering it on my hands all month long, and let me tell you, it's goooooood. My hands tend to get super dry, but this stuff leaves them feeling soft and nourished... #goldstar.

FORMULA X NAIL POLISH IN "CURIOSITY": I'm not sure why I was so reluctant to try this range from Sephora, but after hearing practically everyone in the Youtube community go on and on about how long-lasting it is, I decided to give it a go. And you know what? It turns out they were right (it's like they know what they're talking about or something). This polish lasted on my nails for a good six days, and without the help of a top coat, which is pretty impressive in my books. Plus the range of colours to choose from is dangerously good. If you haven't tried these puppies yet, do so immediately.

THE BODY SHOP THE RADIANT OIL: If I could sum this stuff up in a word, it would have to be 'legit.' It's just so lovely and nourishing to the skin, but in a completely light, non-greasy kind of way. I like to rub it into my elbows and cuticles at night, as well as through wet hair to make it extra soft and smooth. TBS has really impressed me lately (their Camomile Cleansing Oil has changed my life), and this product is exemplary of their awesomeness.

  1. I've never seen a sheet mask before! And I have to say, I'm rediscovering The Body Shop from when I last used their products about 15 years ago and I'm impressed ;) XO, Sarah

    1. Right?! The Body Shop is so much better than when we were kids! #love

  2. That nail polish looks gorgeous, I've tried a few Formula X polishes before and I really like them :)
